I am a PhD candidate in English Linguistics at Sungkyunkwan University, advised by
Prof. Hanjung Lee, in the Language and Cognition Lab.
My research focuses on how AI language models process language in comparison to humans, with the dual goals of developing more human-like models and achieving a deeper understanding of human language use. From this perspective, I approach pragmatic phenomena through computational modeling and corpus-based analysis.
In addition, I actively engage in interdisciplinary research by applying natural language processing (NLP) techniques to other fields such as language learning and the social sciences.
